Spelt flour is the newest addition to my pantry and I’m really loving the results it produces for baking cakes and muffins. Spelt is actually a wheat free flour but still contains some gluten. It has a slightly sweet and nutty flavour and can be used 1:1 in recipes to replace regular or whole-wheat flour.
