In our house, the month of October means pumpkins! Not just carved pumpkins for Halloween (although I really enjoy carving creative designs on them), I mean pumpkin baking. Pumpkin muffins, pumpkin lattes, pumpkin bread, and my new favourite pumpkin spiced granola.
